Two vanishing points

In this assignment, I should draw the dekanat building from two angles with two vanishing points. The main problem of my drawings are the building angle that too narrow, this is caused by the vanishing points that in the paper, meanwhile the top of the building is very high. So, if you want to make it proportional, you can place the vanishing points out of the paper. And the second problem is the placement of the horizontal line (in the first picture) is still wrong, it should has the same level with our eyes, not above the vehicles.
